At Affordable Furniture 610, we’re committed to delivering your furniture quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below to know what to expect when you place an order with us.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may vary during holidays or promotional events.
2. Delivery Options
We offer local delivery within the Houston, TX area and surrounding regions.
Local Delivery
- Delivery Time: Typically within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Pickup
- Free pickup available at our warehouse.
- You can pick up your order the same day it’s ready, so the usual 1–2 business day notice does not apply.
- They can pick up the same day, so this isn’t needed.
3. Delivery Terms
- Delivery does not include curbside drop-off. If you need inside delivery or setup, please request it in advance (additional fees may apply).
- Please ensure someone 18+ is present to receive and inspect the delivery.
- Inspect all items upon delivery. Report any damage immediately to our team.
4. Missed Deliveries
If you’re unavailable during the scheduled delivery time, a redelivery fee may apply. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
5. Shipping Outside Houston
At this time, we primarily deliver within Houston and nearby areas. For out-of-area shipping, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
